We recommend having your own stock of critical components, and CGV's aim is also to have critical components in stock.

If help is required during normal office hours from, for example, an automation engineer to go online and troubleshoot remotely, you pay according to the applicable hourly rate provided there is no guarantee in place.
If you call outside office hours, there is always an out-of-hours call-out fee  + applicable hourly rate.
