Strip nailing unit
Often, it’s desirable to place the straps underneath the wrapping to achieve a cleaner look on the finished timber package.
To give packages with this type of wrapping the best possible resistance to wind, rough handling, and similar stresses, CGV has developed a strip nailing unit that applies plastic washers along the bottom edge of the package. This is done fully automatically, and the package doesn’t even need to stop when the washers are applied.
Ofta vill man kunna lägga banden under emballaget för att få ett snyggare utseende på det färdiga virkespaketet.
För att ge paket med en sådan emballering de bästa förutsättningar att stå emot vind, ovarsam hantering m.m., så har CGV utvecklat ett bandspiknings-aggregat som applicerar plastbrickor i paketets nederkant.
Detta sker helt automatiskt och paketet behöver inte ens stanna när brickorna skall appliceras.
