Layer stacker
Our sticker stacker have been developed with a focus on capacity, efficiency and ease of use.
The inspiration comes from NC-controlled machines in the engineering industry, which means that the machine work with most movements completely synchronized with each other. This way of controlling our machines is simplified by the fact that our control systems have an integrated motion controller in the PLC.
The movements are calculated with the optimal driving profile automatically, which reduces the number of recipe parameters and makes the sticker stacker easy to set up. The result is that the machine is more precise and can be run with smaller margins and better efficiency.
With its synchronized drives from the layer divider to the package hoist, the sticker stacker provides a high production rate with high efficiency.
