Bin section
CGV have delivered Tray sorters since 1986 which at the time had a top speed of 70 pieces per minute. Since then the system has been further developed to for example high-speed planer mills and the production rate is now over 200 pieces per minute.
Tray sorter
The infeed to the Tray sorter is completely vertical, making all sorters approximately the same length. Transfer between lug chain and sorter is executed in an effective and gentle way with high efficiency.
